Endacopia Chapter 3 Walkthrough
Endacopia Chapter 3 walkthrough: the elevator, the Offices and the gambling area, the saw choice in the house, and how your run lands on Ending A, B, or C.
In a typical full run Chapter 3 starts around the 4:50 mark — which tells you everything about pacing. Chapters 1 and 2 are the marathon; the endgame is the sprint. It's also where Endacopia stops explaining itself: the route is short, but which ending you land on was decided quietly, hours ago. This page walks the endgame path, explains how the game actually picks your ending, and documents the one explicit branch it does give you — the saw.

“Chapter 4” & the “Final Boss” — What Players Mean
If a video or another guide called part of this stretch “Chapter 4,” or talks about the game’s “final boss,” nothing is missing here. Some walkthroughs split the closing stretch of Chapter 3 into a short Chapter 4 that ends on a last boss fight — this site keeps the whole endgame as Chapter 3, and the beats are identical either way. Which confrontation those labels point to depends on your route:
- Ending A — the fight most guides mean is Henry: take the toy saw and go through the “Don’t go in” door — see the saw choice below.
- Ending C — the finale runs through a rematch with Clockey in Mellow’s Room, on the way to the Surgeon’s cave.
- Ending B — no equivalent final boss; that route resolves through the saw choice and the bedtime story, not a fight.
How the Endgame Unfolds
Spoiler — Chapter 3 route to the ending
- Take the elevator up to the green hills hub. By this point both Miserytown and Timesville are closed off — the map has narrowed to the endgame path, and there's no reason to hoard anything anymore.
- The remaining route runs through the Offices and the gambling area. Keep sweeping rooms for hotspots; the endgame still gates on missed interactions like the rest of the game.
- Mid-run, the game hands you its one visible branch — the house section and the saw choice — documented in the next section.
- Push through the final stretch to an ending. Which one you get depends on quiet choices accumulated across all three chapters — the Endings guide breaks down what's confirmed about routes A, B, and C.
How the Game Decides Your Ending
Endacopia never shows you a choice menu at the end. The routing works through:
- Dialogue outcomes — what you said and who you helped across all three chapters.
- Objects skipped or collected — things you never picked up count as decisions too.
- Points of no return — closed areas (Timesville, the Circus) lock in whatever state you left them in.
Practical consequence: if you're chasing a specific ending, the work happens earlier than the choice — save before obvious decision points from Chapter 2 onward, or plan the run deliberately against the endings page's route-planning table.
The House, the Saw, and Ending A vs B
Community-sourced — drawn from the community wiki and public playthroughs; the main-route beats above remain our verified layer, this section is the community layer.
The endgame's house section contains the game's only explicit equipment choice, and community sources are consistent that it's the fork between the two standard endings:
Spoiler — the saw choice & endings A and B
- The toy saw → Ending A. Take the toy saw in the house section, then, in the stretch that follows, go through the “Don't go in” door. Fight Henry — defend where the part of flesh sticks out from the wall — then optionally talk to the characters you pass, and finally switch off the light.
- The real saw → Ending B. Take the real saw instead, go through the sawed-open tooth, talk to the toilet creature, continue to Mellow's house, optionally talk to his family, and tell his sister a bedtime story.
- On the secret route, the saw doesn't matter. If you're pursuing Ending C, either saw reaches the same finale.
One More Secret, After All Endings

Spoiler — the post-all-endings secret
Players who have finished all the endings report one more scene: a certain creator working at his computer, who challenges Mellow to a dance minigame set to a song about a yeti nurse. Winning it unlocks the final achievement on the checklist — the true 100% marker.
