How Long Is Endacopia?
How long Endacopia takes to finish: HowLongToBeat aggregates vs. full-playthrough video times, chapter pacing, the demo, and what a 100% run adds.
Endacopia is a point-and-click adventure, so its length is less a fixed number than a range with two honest anchors: how long rehearsed runs take, and how long average players take. Both anchors are below, along with what's timed chapter by chapter and what a completion push adds. If you're deciding whether to buy, the platforms & demo page covers where it runs.

How long is Endacopia?
There is no official playtime figure, and community measurements disagree in an instructive way: HowLongToBeat’s aggregate puts the main story around eight and a half hours — about ten and a half with extras, twelve for completion — while full-playthrough videos run five to six hours. A first blind run typically lands between those numbers, depending on pace and how much you chase.
How long is each chapter of Endacopia?
Only two points are publicly timed: Chapter 1 wraps around the 35-minute mark in a no-commentary run, and Chapter 3 begins around 4 hours 50 minutes into a typical full playthrough — meaning the Prologue through Chapter 2 occupies most of five hours. The Prologue and Chapter 2 are not separately timed yet.
Why do Endacopia playtime estimates differ so much?
Point-and-click pacing is personal. Hotspot sweeping, re-talking to characters after every event, and losing time-of-day windows (the Timesville clock punishes careless building entries) all add real minutes. Video runs are routed and rehearsed; aggregates average blind players. Both are honest measurements of different things.
How long is a 100% run — all endings and achievements?
Around twelve hours by the aggregate measure, but the tail is long: all three endings require replaying routes from different run states, the fishing challenge needs every hour-cycle fish, and the final secret only appears once every ending is done. Budget well past a weekend.
How long is the Endacopia demo?
A demo is available through the official Steam page, but its length has not been officially stated — treat it as a taste of the game’s opening rather than a fixed slice of chapters.
Chapter-by-Chapter Pacing
Two beats of the route are publicly timed; the rest we'd rather mark honestly than estimate. The full route is our chapter-by-chapter walkthrough.

What Adds Time Past the Credits
- Replays for endings. Branches are decided by run state, not a final menu — see the endings guide and the Ending C route, whose setup starts in the Prologue.
- Optional challenges. The fishing challenge alone needs fish from every hour-cycle; both it and soccer are covered in the achievement checklist.
- The final secret. It only appears after every ending — the true 100% marker.
